More Info: The story begins over 4 centuries ago, when the Duboeuf family was producing wine in the Mâconnais region. Georges was very young when his uncle and brother passed down both their passion for wine and their secrets of production. At just 18 years old, he preferred to take care of the family business with his brother rather than pursuing his studies.

More Info: Perched on top of soaring coastal ridges that border the Pacific Ocean, Flowers’ estate vineyards were some of the first planted on the “extreme” Sonoma Coast (1991).  Flowers’ vineyards rise up just two miles from the rugged Pacific Ocean cliffs at elevations of 1,150 to 1,875 feet.  The maritime breezes and coastal fog cool the vineyards during the heat of summer allowing fruit to fully mature with fresh, complex flavors and lively acidity.

Tasting Notes: Château-du-Pape is one of the most renowned appellations of the southern part of the Rhone Valley. This wine is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre. A powerful and full-bodied wine with rich notes of blueberry, wild herbs, and lots of spice. The palate is mature and rich with velvety tannins, ending with a long finish.

More Info: Terra d’Oro wines were first released in 1973 under the Montevina label, the first Amador County winery to produce wine since Prohibition ended. More Info: In 1680, Jean Sparr founded the Sparr family winery in the Alsace village of Sigolsheim. Over the next three centuries, nine successive generations of the Sparr family worked the land, maintaining and expanding their estate. Several generations later, Charles Sparr focused on increasing regional trade and improving the cellars for aging the wines. His son, Pierre Sparr, took over the winery in the early 1900s at the age of 20.

More Info: It all began at the dinner table. Charlie Wagner Sr., who co-founded Caymus Vineyards in 1972 with his wife, Lorna, and son, Chuck, would mix wines to find the perfect glass to pair with his meal. No one blended wines back then, so his experiment was pretty radical. Fast forward to 1989, when Conundrum White was born, quickly taking off with its mysterious, tropical notes and amazing versatility.

More Info: The Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle. Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in our farm-brewery, during the winter time. Then this beer became a second refermentation in the barrel. During the next summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the “saisoniers” which were working on the fields.

More Info: A small group of monks came to settle on the wild plateau of Scourmont, near Chimay, in the summer of 1850. A farm, brewery, and dairy soon sprang up around the monastery. Chimay Brewery (Brasserie de Chimay) is a brewery at Scourmont Abbey, a Trappist monastery in Chimay, Hainaut, Belgium, one of the eleven breweries worldwide that produce Trappist beer. They make three ales: Chimay Rouge, Chimay Bleue, and Chimay Blanche; and one patersbier for the monks. The monastery also makes four varieties of cheese.
