More info: The Paul Cheneau line can be best described as elegant Spanish sparkling Cavas with French influence of styling. Paul Cheneau is classically traditional in their methods of production as well as in the grape varieties used. The winery owns 247 acres of vineyards of the indigenous Macabeo Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes with which Cavas are produced.

Tasting Notes: Raspberry and cherry cola aromas. Flavors are balanced in a silky and long elegant finish.
More info: MacMurray Estate Vineyards is deeply rooted in Sonoma County. Our namesake vineyard, MacMurray Ranch, has been a farmstead since the 1850s, farmed by the Porter family until actor Fred MacMurray bought the ranch in 1941. Fred embraced the rancher’s lifestyle, raising prize-winning cattle and farming crops here for decades, while his children rode horses through the hills. Fred’s daughter—the actress, screenwriter and activist Kate MacMurray—retains an indelible tie to the estate, helping us share the heritage of our namesake vineyard, historic property and celebrated wine.

More Info: Jai Alai, a game native to the Basque region of Spain, is played on a court called a fronton. Jai Alai players attempt to catch a ball using a curved mitt whilst the ball travels at speeds up to 188mph! Proving they have a sense of humor the Spanish dubbed this game, with its ball traveling at racecar speeds, “the merry game.” Tampa was once home to a bustling Jai Alai fronton but sadly all that remains of Jai Alai in the Tampa Bay area is this India Pale Ale that we brew in tribute to the merry game.

More Info: The Hudson Valley also has a long cider making tradition. Before prohibition, cider apple orchards were common to find in the region. Cider has been made here for more than 200 years. Like many of the orchards in the area, their orchard has a long history. It has been a farm since the 1700s and the first apple trees were planted here around 100 years ago. The Crist Family took ownership of this orchard in 1963 and as leaders in the apple growing industry, grew both culinary and cider apples.
