PLACIDO PINOT GRIGIO
Region: Veneto, Italy
Tasting Notes: Fresh floral and mineral aromas with flavors of citrus, green apple, and a clean fresh lemon zest finish.
More info: Rich in tradition and rooted in nobility, Placido is a nod to the heritage and legacy of Count Placido. A 13th century Tuscan nobleman, Placido dei Placidi was the hero of the epic “Battle of Montaperti” between Florence and Siena.

SOGNO D’ITALIA CHIANTI
Region:
Tuscany, Italy
Tasting Notes:  Notes of cherries and plums, accented by hints of spice with a bright fruit flavor.
More info: The first wine made exclusively for Disney Parks! Sogno d'Italia (translates to "Dream of Italy") is produced by Placido in Tuscany and imported by Banfi Vintners. It can be found in a Chianti and Pinot Grigio.

RIGHETTI VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO
Region:
Veneto, Italy
Tasting Notes: Medium bodied with strawberry, black cherry and plum aromas with hints of leather, cocoa and spice.
More Info: Campolieti means “happy fields” and refers to the vineyards from which the grapes are harvested.  The wine is a traditional blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara (the Amarone and Valpolicella grapes) that has had a second fermentation on the pressings of the Amarone grapes (a process called “ripasso”).

HONIG VINEYARDS SAUVIGNON BLANC
Region: Napa Valley, California
Tasting Notes: Bright, crisp and fresh.  The flavors and aromas are reminiscent of peaches, ripe pear, lime and grapefruit, accented by floral and tropical fruit notes.  Medium-bodied, with a lengthy finish.
More info: The Honig family are leaders in sustainability, both in the vineyard and the winery, and what began as a small “garage” winery has today become a successful family enterprise, with everyone working collaboratively to run an inspiring and socially responsible business. 

MACMURRAY ESTATE VINEYARDS PINOT NOIR
Region:
Russian River Valley, California
Tasting Notes: Raspberry and cherry cola aromas. Flavors are balanced in a silky and long elegant finish.
More info: MacMurray Estate Vineyards is deeply rooted in Sonoma County. Their namesake vineyard, MacMurray Ranch, has been a farmstead since the 1850s, farmed by the Porter family until actor Fred MacMurray bought the ranch in 1941. Fred embraced the rancher’s lifestyle, raising prize-winning cattle and farming crops here for decades, while his children rode horses through the hills. Fred’s daughter—the actress, screenwriter and activist Kate MacMurray—retains an indelible tie to the estate, helping us share the heritage of our namesake vineyard, historic property and celebrated wine.

SCHWEIGER FAMILY CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Tasting Notes: The nose of the wine is lively with essences of dark berries, plum, dark chocolate, and toasty oak. The sweet, supple entry crescendos into a deeply intense middle; followed by a pleasant, velvety, lingering finish.
More Info: Schweiger is proud to remain independent and family owned, one of the distinguished  multi-generation wineries with a father/son grower/winemaker team who have been working together for over twenty years.

Tasting Notes: A wheat beer brewed with Valencia orange peel for a subtle sweetness and bright, citrus aroma.
More Info: 5.4% ABV; Their story begins in the Sandlot Brewery at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado, at the beginning of the 1995 baseball season. After earning his Ph.D. in brewing from the University of Brussels, their founder and head brewmaster Keith Villa returned stateside with the goal of brewing well-crafted beers inspired by Belgian styles, with a refreshing twist. Amongst the many beers one fan favorite emerged, in true baseball fashion they called it ‘Bellyslide Wit’. Someone said, “A beer this good only comes around once in a blue moon,” and thus Blue Moon® Belgian White Belgian-Style Wheat Ale was born.

More Info: 7% ABV; Lifeguard tower #10 in Mission Beach marks the spot where, back in ’89, they drew up plans for the first craft brewery in San Diego since Prohibition. Decades later, Tower 10 IPA is a salute to all things hoppy. Their signature dry-hopping technique brings out vibrant citrus aromas that are balanced by a toasted malt backbone.

Angry Orchard Hard Cider

Tasting Notes: Bright, crisp apple flavor, just like biting into a fresh apple. It is a perfect balance of sweetness and bright acidity from culinary apples and dryness of traditional cider making apples, resulting in a complex, yet refreshing, hard cider.
More Info: The Hudson Valley also has a long cider making tradition. Before prohibition, cider apple orchards were common to find in the region. Cider has been made here for more than 200 years. Like many of the orchards in the area, their orchard has a long history. It has been a farm since the 1700s and the first apple trees were planted here around 100 years ago. The Crist Family took ownership of this orchard in 1963 and as l8.50eaders in the apple growing industry, grew both culinary and cider apples.
