More Info: 4.3% ABV; While California has no shortage of quality craft beer, they feel that Bottle Logic is something special. Their commitment to excellence combined with a willingness to break and rewrite the rules makes them different. Crafted In: Temecula, California
Tasting Notes: A bitter, hoppy IPA infused with real grapefruit juice
More Info: 7.7% ABV; Refuge Brewery began nearly four years ago with a simple mission: Take the ideas and concepts of old world Belgian breweries and blend them with modern brewing techniques and styles. The result is a brewery full of unique beer, brewed without traditional rules, and often using local fresh seasonal ingredients. In 2015, Refuge grew nearly 300% and became the second fastest growing brewery in California. For 2016 they added their Grapefruit IPA to the distribution portfolio.

More Info: 7% ABV; They started out in 1996 as a small group of San Diego home brewers who simply wanted to make a better beer. In their exploration, they became obsessed with ingredients—tinkering, testing and tasting to find the perfect balance of taste and aroma.

hangar 24 orange wheat Ale

Crafted In: Redlands, California
Tasting Notes: Aromas of oranges on the nose amidst a wheat background. The body is thin, delivering slightly sweet flavors of refreshingly tart oranges and orange rinds.
More Info: 4.6% ABV; Orange Wheat is their ode to Redlands, where their roots are and where their reach began. Every batch of this beer is made with local, fresh oranges and never powdered or artificial substitutes. They use the whole orange for a burst of sweet citrus, to go along with a tangy zest that makes this refresher undeniably delicious.

Anaheim Brewing Co. Hefeweizen

Crafted In: Anaheim, California
Tasting Notes: Traditonal German-style wheat beer. Special Bavarian yeast gives a subtle clove aroma with a fruity hint of banana.
More Info: 5.5% ABV; A 100% veteran owned brewery, both owners served in the U.S. Army for 20 years. They developed their love for fresh, local beer during the seven years they lived in Bavaria, Germany. In May of 2011, they brewed their first batch of Anaheim 1888, based on the style of beer made at the original Anaheim Brewery.

Crafted In: San Clemente, California
Tasting Notes: Hop monster uses Premium American 2– Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a solid malt foundation. Five different Hop Varieties are used in the Hop Juice. Now dry hopped with Mosaic for great aroma. Starts out sweet and finishes with the crisp bitterness of a Triple IPA.
More Info: 10.0% ABV; Left Coast Brewing Company is family owned and operated in the iconic surf side town of San Clemente, California. The independent brewery began its craft back in 2004. With a slew of 23+ awards under their belt, the brewery has grown to 11,000 barrels and counting.

More Info: 5% ABV; Served seasonally. California Cider Company is the first family owned cider in the US. They have been making ACE ciders since 1993 in the beautiful Sebastopol area of Sonoma County California just north of San Francisco.

St. Hilaire Sparkling Brut

Region: France
Tasting Notes: Dry, toasty, and smooth. Distinctive aromas of fresh cut grass and flavors of crisp apples.
More Info: This is France's oldest sparkling wine, created by the Benedictine Monks of the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire over 450 years ago -- more than 100 years before the first Champagne was created. Blanquette de Limoux can contain three grape varieties: Mauzac (which must constitute a minimum of 90% of the wine), Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.

Banfi Rosa Regale Sparkling red

Region: Piedmont, Italy
Tasting Notes: Slightly sweet red sparkling wine with rose petal aromas and strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries on the palate.

Here, with the same detailed care as a century ago, our skilled winemakers produce "Rosa Regale" Brachetto d'Acqui D.O.C.G. This rare Brachetto, a semi-dry, red sparkling wine cherished by the courts of Europe over two centuries ago, owes its reincarnation to Banfi.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of brioche, lemon meringue, golden delicious apple, and baking spice emerge. Filled with apple, peach, and honeysuckle at the forefront with lemon zest and vanilla. Crisp minerality and bright acidity linger on the finish.
More Info: Roth Estate Winery is a family-owned winery dedicated to crafting full-flavored wines grown in exemplary Sonoma County vineyards. Beginning in 2001, Roth committed to producing classic Bordeaux varietals in Alexander Valley. A decade later the winery expanded its winemaking to include cool-climate varietals from the Sonoma Coast.
